Your Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of modern data architectures, including scalable ETL/ELT processes (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Google BigQuery and similar)
• Translation of complex data into decision-relevant insights for management and specialist departments
• Development of meaningful Power BI dashboards and migration of existing reporting solutions in e.g. Azure, Google Cloud or similar
• Consulting on data-driven use cases in the retail and e-commerce environment (e.g., pricing, performance analyses)
• Project responsibility for data, BI, and analytics initiatives – from conception to implementation

Your Profile

• Several years of experience (5+ years) in data analytics, BI, or data engineering, ideally in a consulting environment
• Very good knowledge of Power BI, sound SQL experience, and Python
• Practice with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure (alternatively e.g. GCP / BigQuery, Big Data etc.)
• Industry knowledge in retail or e-commerce and understanding of data-driven business models
• Analytical, structured way of working and very good communication skills in German and English
