We are looking for a highly experienced and technically versatile Senior Data Insights Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data professional who thrives at the intersection of data analytics, engineering, and AI, and enjoys turning complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep‑dive analysis across large and complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and reporting frameworks
• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and integrations
• Develop and maintain robust data models for analytics and reporting
• Work across the full data lifecycle — from source systems to visualization layers
• Deliver ad hoc and strategic reporting with clarity and accuracy
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive data‑driven decision making
• Support AI/ML initiatives, including data preparation and model deployment
• Create impactful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
• Document processes, data logic, and insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences

Key Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in data analytics, data engineering, or systems architecture
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R
• Experience with enterprise databases: DB2, Oracle, Netezza, SQL Server
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and system design
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data lifecycle
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas)
• Experience with Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
