Responsibilities • Develop and optimize AI/ML applications for various projects • Implement and enhance Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Lang Chain • Develop and train computer vision models using Py Torch • Design and implement software solutions following best practices in Python • Set up and manage containers with Docker and Docker Compose • Maintain code versioning with Git and ensure seamless deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI/LLM solutions into existing systems Qualifications Your Profile • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field • Min. 3 years experience in Data Science & Software Engineering, with proven experience in project implementation • Hands‑on experience working in UNIX/Linux (Ubuntu) environments • Proficiency in LLM/RAG frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain) and their real‑world applications • Deep knowledge of Computer Vision with PyTorch and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Docker Compose) • Solid understanding of Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines (Drone) • Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and analytical, with a strong problem‑solving mindset • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus Our Offer • Attractive employment conditions, including a variable compensation component • Flexible Work Smart concept with the option to work from home • Refreshing, professional and collegial company culture with great events (company celebrations, coffee breaks with croissants, etc.) • Strong team spirit, flat hierarchies and diverse tasks • Beautiful workplace in the heart of Zurich with modern infrastructure • A generous training budget, including dedicated time for professional development, as well as other attractive fringe benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
