Senior Data Scientist - Bioinformatics

Our client, a cutting-edge research institution, is looking for a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Bioinformatics to drive innovation in their scientific discovery programs. This role is pivotal in analyzing large-scale biological datasets, including genomic, proteomic, and transcriptomic data, to uncover insights that advance our understanding of complex biological systems and diseases. The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced computational methods, machine learning algorithms, and statistical models to process, analyze, and interpret biological data. You will collaborate closely with biologists, geneticists, and other researchers to define research questions, design experiments, and translate data-driven findings into actionable scientific conclusions.
