Responsibilities

Develop high-performing models to reliably estimate Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and make it usable as a control variable in retail banking.
Take end-to-end responsibility for the development of ML-based services, from proof of concept to production system.
Further develop the AWS-based data science environment together with engineering colleagues to make CLV models faster, more robust, and scalable.
Convincingly communicate the added value of your data science projects to both business and technical stakeholders.
Regularly expand your knowledge and use the best available methods for model development.
Proactively share your experience with your colleagues to support joint development.

Requirements

Completed studies in Mathematics, Physics, (Business) Informatics, or another quantitative field.
Deep understanding of machine learning methods (especially time series, classification, and regression methods).
Sound knowledge of AWS, Git, Python, R, and SQL.
Concise and structured communication skills.
Very good German and English language skills.
Practical experience in modeling churn and Customer Lifetime Value is an advantage.
