Your Contribution:
- You evaluate ** data sources ** and are responsible for the ** programmatic processing, enrichment, and normalization of longitudinal treatment data**, creating the foundation for first‐class analytics.
- You drive the ** continuous improvement of data quality ** and play a key role in the ** development and enhancement of internal and external databases**.
- By applying ** machine learning and AI methods**, you take our data processing pipelines to the next level and develop innovative ** predictive models**.
- In close collaboration with ** interdisciplinary teams**, you perform ** complex data analyses ** and apply your expertise where it has the greatest impact.
- You ** present your analysis results convincingly and tailored to different stakeholders**, creating sustainable momentum across the company.
What You Bring:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in ** Data Science**, ideally with a focus on ** healthcare data ** and complex data projects.
- A ** degree * * in (Medical) ** Informatics**, ** Mathematics**, ** Natural Sciences** – preferably from a ** renowned university** – or a ** comparable qualification ** that underlines your professional excellence.
- Strong skills in ** Python * * and ** database management**, plus confident use of ** data processing tools ** such as ** SQL/No SQL**, ** Pandas**, and ** Jupyter**.
- ** Excellent English skills** (at least ** C1**) enabling you to work confidently in ** international teams and projects**.
