Your Profile

• Completed studies in mathematics, physics, (business) informatics, or another quantitative field of study
• Sound Python knowledge with at least 3 years of practical experience
• Experience with cloud services, ideally AWS, as well as in the deployment of machine learning services in an enterprise context
• Deep understanding of statistical learning methods and modern machine learning algorithms
• Concise and structured communication skills
• Very good German and English skills

Your Tasks

• Development of high-performance services for the optimization of credit processes based on machine learning methods (e.g. RandomForest, xgboost, lightGBM)
• Collaborative work with subject matter experts to identify use cases and implement data-driven solutions with direct added value for the lending business
• End-to-end responsibility for the development of ML-based services from proof of concept to productive operation
• Ensuring the quality, traceability, and robustness of the models (e.g. monitoring, testing, documentation)
• You regularly expand your knowledge and use the best available methods for model development
• In a rapidly growing team, you can expand your skills, take on responsibility, and actively contribute your ideas
