Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Process, clean, and transform large datasets for analysis and model training. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Evaluate and optimize model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques. Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance. Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate ML solutions. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science. Communicate complex findings and technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and MLOps practices. Contribute to the strategic direction of the company's data science initiatives. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field with a strong focus on Machine Learning. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in data science and machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering impactful ML solutions. Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and their applications. Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team. Experience with MLOps principles and tools is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
