Key Qualifications
- Expertise in experimentation design and statistical hypothesis testing including sample size determination, power analysis, confidence intervals, p‑values, and multiple testing corrections.
- Strong command of advanced statistical methods like sequential testing, variance reduction techniques, and Bayesian inference.
- Experience with dynamic optimization methods such as Multi‑Armed Bandits in marketing contexts.
- Proficiency in causal inference methods and data querying (SQL) alongside fluency in Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple experimentation projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player eager to enhance statistical rigor within cross‑functional teams.

Description
Your core responsibilities will encompass the following pillars:
- Experiment Design & Analysis: Lead the statistical design and analysis of A/B tests across various marketing channels, developing test proposals with defined populations, KPIs, and recommendations that enable confident decision‑making.
- Stats Engine Methodology & Platform: Act as the owner of statistical methods for the Stats Engine, ensuring accurate and rigorous automated calculations while collaborating with engineering teams to translate methodological needs into platform features.
- Research & Development: Work alongside Data Scientists across multiple domains to enhance the experimentation program, introducing new statistical techniques to elevate analytical capabilities and promote best practices across teams.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. A Master's or PhD is strongly preferred.
- 7‑10 years of relevant experience in experimentation, data science, or analytics, with a minimum of 3 years in marketing analytics.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
