We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist (Individual Contributor) to lead the development and ownership of production-grade Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) systems for large-scale marketing measurement.
This is not an experimentation-only or reporting role. We are specifically looking for candidates who have built, deployed, and owned MMM models in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end MMM models in production
- Own the full lifecycle: data pipelines, modeling, deployment, and optimization
- Translate MMM outputs into budget allocation and marketing strategy decisions
- Work with large-scale, multi-channel data (digital, TV, streaming, etc.)
- Partner with stakeholders to drive measurable business impact
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience building and owning Marketing Mix Models (MMM) in production
- Strong background in marketing / ads measurement systems
- Hands-on experience with Python or R, SQL, and large-scale data
- Experience with causal inference, time-series, or Bayesian modeling in production
- Ability to clearly explain real business impact from MMM models
- Must be currently based in NYC / NJ / CT (commutable distance)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ad-tech, media, publisher, or streaming environments
- Familiarity with ACR, set-top box, or streaming viewership data
- Experience with cross-channel measurement and attribution systems
⚠️ NYC LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY – Must currently be based in the NYC area and able to work onsite 4 days/week. No relocation or remote options.
