Your Responsibilities

You will work on: NLP solutions, Generative AI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, Semantic Search, AI Assistants, Chatbots, Information Retrieval, Document Intelligence,

You will use: Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, spaCy, scikit-learn, Vector Databases, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch,

You will support: architecture decisions, AI platform development, prototype development, production deployment, quality assurance, knowledge transfer,

You will evaluate: GPT, Llama, Mistral, BERT, T5, open-source LLMs, new approaches in Generative AI and LLM Engineering,

Your Profile

You bring: 5+ years of hands-on experience in NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI or LLM Engineering,

You have experience with: Python, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, spaCy, scikit-learn, LangChain or LlamaIndex,

You understand: RAG systems, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, Information Retrieval, Elasticsearch or OpenSearch,

You are familiar with: Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift or Cloud Platforms,

You communicate confidently in: German at C1 level and English,

You enjoy: taking responsibility, working with customers, explaining complex technical topics clearly, collaborating in a team,
