Zur Verstärkung unserer bestehenden Teams suchen wir ab sofort festangestellte Mitarbeitende (m/w/d), die unser Projekt langfristig unterstützen und Teil unseres Experten-Teams werden möchten.

The Setting

• Project: Öffentlicher Dienst – moderne IAM- & Plattformlandschaft
• Start: ab sofort
• Auslastung: Vollzeit, 5 Tage/Woche
• Einsatzort: 100 % remote innerhalb Deutschlands, einzelne On-Site-Termine möglich
• Sprache: Deutsch fließend (mind. C1)
• Wichtig: Wohnsitz in Deutschland. Vorlage eines aktuellen polizeilichen Führungszeugnisses vor Arbeitsantritt – dies ist eine zwingende Anforderung des Auftraggebers (öffentliche Behörde). Bereitschaft zur erfolgreichen Durchführung einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach 9a BSG (SÜ2). Die Einleitung erfolgt nach Vertragsunterzeichnung.

Your Tasks

• Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von CI/CD-Pipelines
• Deployment, Automatisierung und Betrieb von Anwendungen in OpenShift
• Integration & Betrieb moderner Identity- & Access-Management-Komponenten (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in komplexen Plattformumgebungen
• Infrastrukturautomatisierung mittels Terraform, Ansible und weiteren IaC-Tools
• Monitoring, Logging & Performance-Optimierung
• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen nach etablierten Standards
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur, Entwicklung und Security-Teams

Your Profile

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung (5+) als DevOps Engineer oder Plattform Engineer im Kubernetes/OpenShift-Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins) sowie Container-Technologien
• Erfahrung im Bereich IAM (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Erfahrung im Betrieb containerisierter Anwendungen
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Fließendes Deutsch zwingend

Nice to have

• Projekterfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor
• Erfahrung mit IBM Verify Access, IGI oder Directory Services
• Erfahrung mit automatisierten, hochverfügbaren Plattformlandschaften
