This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Director of Engineering to join a successful and globally expanding Semiconductor IP company based in Paris.

Founded over two decades ago, our client has developed a fascinating chip-level technology that aids SoC design for a range of markets from automotive, to communications, consumer, to compute and industrial. They now seek a Senior Director of Engineering to oversee the development and coordination of the product teams, to define and execute the product roadmap, and expand, train and develop team employees.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap
• Expand, train and develop team employees

Requirements

• A seasoned background as an Engineering Manager within the Semiconductor space, with key expertise within SoC Design / Verification or CAD flow
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with a successful track record of building and managing engineering teams
• In-depth understanding of RTL languages (VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog / SystemC / Python)
• A good understanding of software engineering and architectural principles
• Strong language skills in both English and French
