This role centers on designing the control plane that enables seamless infrastructure expansion. Your expertise will contribute to formulating deterministic horizontal scaling and enhancing operational practices. You will be responsible for developing core infrastructure components that Product teams can adopt for improved decentralized operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create control plane systems for decentralized networks
• Drive scalability and performance tuning strategies
• Implement automation-first scaling solutions
• Enhance observability and diagnosability frameworks
• Strengthen reliability of protocol-level services

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in SRE or similar
• Strong background in high-throughput Kubernetes environments
• Knowledge of Stateful Sets, autoscaling, and resource management
• Proficiency in Go or similar languages
• Expertise with AWS production systems
