Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Preferred

• 5 - 9 years of experience in process planning, plant setup, or manufacturing engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate installation and commissioning of plant machinery and equipment.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) studies using DFM/DFA principles.
• Drive APQP activities to support successful product launches.
• Oversee tool and fixture design aligned with production needs.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation: flow charts, QCPC, PFMEA (AIAG & VDA).
• Optimize plant layout, machine utilization, and workflow strategies.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for equipment procurement and validation.
• Troubleshoot process, machinery, and layout issues.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices in process planning and plant setup.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Motor Assembly, BLDC, Induction Motor – Stator Winding.
• Proficiency in CAD and process simulation tools.
