As a Senior Engineering Manager / Technical Architect at Synergy Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple cross-functional engineering teams across projects. Your role will involve defining and owning application architecture and technical roadmap, providing hands-on technical leadership in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Angular, and Azure, overseeing end-to-end delivery, ensuring best practices in code quality and scalability, collaborating closely with various stakeholders, conducting technical reviews, and driving Agile/Scrum ceremonies for predictable delivery.
