The Senior Finance Analyst will take the lead in managing global billing entitlements for Customized Service Agreements (CSA) associated with the GEnx program. This role involves close partnership with airline customers and GE's operations team to oversee a comprehensive portfolio of contracts along with the CSA billing process. The successful candidate will work closely with the Services Executive Leader for the GEnx product lines and contribute to various LEAN and process improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing entitlement on the GEnx portfolio by collaborating with the Customer Program Manager (CPM).
  • Implement contractual entitlements related to Popular, Restored, Minimum Engine Flight Hours (EFH), and Supplemental Terms of Conditions.
  • Compile and prepare monthly reporting packages that deliver comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the product line.
  • Analyze customer flying behavior and operational parameters to understand their impact on billings across product lines and regions.
  • Lead Lean initiatives focused on CSA billing and drive continuous improvement and automation in processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional, and global team environment.
