Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Controller (M/F). This position is based at Alstom's headquarters in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93). Our site is served by the Mairie de Saint-Ouen stop on lines 13 and 14 of the Francilien metro. You will report to the Head of Project Controlling for the Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) France product line.

Work Environment

You are responsible for the project controlling of a major signaling project in France. Under the responsibility of the Head of Project Controlling for D&IS France projects, your main missions are as follows:

• Prepare periodic project reviews with the Project Manager and the core team, reflecting a fair assessment of the project's financial situation.
• Ensure the transparency of the project's financial situation by ensuring compliance with the company's internal procedures.
• Propose improvement actions for all financial indicators: sales, costs, cash...
• Contribute to Risk and Opportunity analyses.
• Provide project financial reports (orders, sales and expense forecasts, margins...).
• Guarantee the relevance of financial data during the monthly closing.
• Establish customer invoicing each month and monitor collections.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust currency hedging, as well as project guarantees and sureties.
• Participate in Forecast and Budget processes.
• Act as an interface with other group departments: group reporting, taxes, treasury, contract management, ...

Candidate Profile

• Graduate of a Bac +5 program (Business School, University, or IAE) in Finance.
• You have at least 7 years of experience in Project Controlling and/or Internal/External Audit within an industrial and international environment.
• You are familiar with the challenges of long-term contract accounting.
• You are recognized for your interpersonal, analytical, proactive, and synthesis skills.
• You demonstrate pragmatism and raise concerns when necessary.
• You are reactive in urgent situations.
• You have mastered the Office Suite and have good knowledge of SAP software.
• Your French is fluent, and you are comfortable both written and spoken in English.
