Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A (Healthcare)

Location: Ellicott City, MD (Hybrid)
Compensation: $80K-$95K + Bonus

We're partnering with a highly respected healthcare organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team.

This is a visible, strategic role supporting senior leadership. You won't just run reports — you'll help tell the story behind the numbers.

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of FP&A or business analytics experience
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting background
• Experience building budgets and long-range plans
• Advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable presenting to leadership
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform in-depth variance and trend analysis
• Build business cases and complex financial models
• Support enterprise-level initiatives and reporting improvements
• Partner directly with operational leadership

This role requires strong communication skills and a strategic mindset. It is not an accounting-only position.

Compensation

• $80K-$95K base + bonus
