Indicative Pay

35,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for offshore clients, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close using QuickBooks and Buildium.
• Prepare month-end income statements and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Develop monthly MIS and CFO reports highlighting financial performance and key business metrics.
• Prepare weekly financial dashboards to track revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records across accounting systems.
• Build financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning.
• Conduct regular client meetings and weekly on-site visits to discuss financial reports and resolve queries.
• Support compliance activities, including tax filings, registrations, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• CA / CMA qualified preferred; CA Inter / CMA Inter with strong experience may be considered.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is mandatory; Buildium experience is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in offshore or international client accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, MIS reporting, and CFO-level reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and board-level meetings.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
• Based in Hyderabad; immediate joiners preferred.
