Senior Frontend Developer (Web & AI Platforms) Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Frontend Developer to design, develop, and maintain next-generation web platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can collaborate across teams while also taking ownership of key initiatives and innovations.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications across multiple platforms. • Translate Figma and design mockups into pixel-perfect, high-quality UI • Revise, edit, proofread, and optimize web content for performance and usability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to improve overall user experience • Identify and fix UI/UX issues and ensure consistent design standards across platforms • Build reusable, scalable frontend components • Take ownership of design and development tasks across the full web development lifecycle Current Focus • Developing a new AI-driven platform for our Learning Management System • Building modern, scalable frontend architecture • Enhancing UI/UX for AI-powered features and workflows Technical Skills • Strong experience with: • HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Bootstrap • React.js • Next.js • Experience converting designs (Figma) into functional web interfaces • Familiarity with at least one backend technology: • Java / PHP / Node.js / Python / Ruby Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in frontend development • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Excellent collaboration and communication skills Nice to Have • Experience working on AI-driven or data-driven platforms • Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility best practices
