The platform is built on TypeScript · Next.js · Express · MongoDB · LangGraph · MCP, hosted exclusively in Switzerland on GCP Zurich multi-zones. We serve Swiss SMEs and fiduciary partners through a multi-portal architecture designed for scoping, permissions, and country-aware compliance.

We are a small, senior team shipping weekly to real customers. Swiss-made, audit-ready by design, Swiss GAAP compliant. The work is serious, the standards are high, the pace is weekly.

The role

As Senior Fullstack Engineer and Delivery Lead, you own the technical cadence of the product. You work side by side with leadership on the agent layer and on product direction, shipping to production on a weekly rhythm.

This is not a feature-factory role. You formalize and enforce a shipping discipline, protect the architectural integrity of a platform already running in production, and serve as the technical bridge between the agent layer and the customer-facing app. You will set patterns that future hires will inherit.

What you'll do

• Ship to production every week, without exception — feature, fix, UX polish, eval improvement, or copy refresh. The cadence is sacred.
• Own the release train end to end: scope lock, code freeze, deploy, changelog, and customer communication.
• Sign off on architecture impact for every non-trivial change — scoping, permissions, module boundaries, country-specific compliance.
• Build features across Next.js, React, Express.js, MongoDB, TypeScript, with the same craft on backend and frontend.
• Instrument product analytics (EU-hosted) and LLM observability from day one — we measure adoption and agent accuracy every week.
• Partner with the AI team on integration surfaces — tools, structured output, state handoff, audit trail.
• Extend and enforce our multi-tier quality system: pre-commit hooks, dev-time checks, CI with eval regression, nightly audits.
• Document architecture decisions in short written notes — the gate that prevents platform debt.
• Mentor future hires on our architecture patterns — domain routing, portal routes, services, repositories, validation, i18n, module activation.

What you bring

• 6+ years of fullstack engineering in production SaaS, with at least two years at senior level.
• Deep TypeScript expertise and strong fundamentals in React and Node.js.
• Experience owning an end-to-end release cadence — not just agile ceremonies, but the actual discipline of shipping on a fixed day every week.
• Comfort making architectural decisions alone and documenting them in writing.
• Pragmatic judgement on trade-offs — you know when to ship a small fix and when to invest in a platform primitive.
• Track record of working in small, senior teams — you will not have junior engineers to delegate to.
• Clear written communication — our operating model is async-first, with short written specs and Loom recordings over meetings.
• Calm under pressure when a pilot customer hits an edge case on a Friday afternoon.

Bonus points

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, portal/scope models, or enterprise permission systems.
• Prior work on platforms touching compliance, audit trail, or regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, legaltech).
• Familiarity with LangGraph, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or other agentic frameworks.
• Knowledge of Swiss accounting workflows, ERP systems, or fiduciary software (Bexio, Abacus, Sage).
• Hands-on experience with GCP (Cloud Run, DocumentAI, Workflows) and EU / Swiss data residency constraints.
• Open-source contributions or published technical writing we can read.
