Your responsibilities include model selection, deployment strategy, and architecting multi-step workflows using technologies like LangChain and Hugging Face. You’ll also ensure enterprise-grade reliability, compliance, and facilitate collaboration across technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior technical authority on LLMs
- Develop and implement model deployment strategies
- Architect agentic workflows for enterprise applications

- Ensure compliance with data regulations and security
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering or AI
- 5+ years leading engineering teams in production
- 3+ years deploying LLM-based systems
- Strong experience with commercial and open-source LLMs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
