Rubrik has established partnerships with the world’s leading Global Systems Integrators to drive successful and profitable outcomes for our joint customers and our companies. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior GSI Account Executive to manage and propel growth with select Global Systems Integrators. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in managing GSI partnerships, focusing on business development, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and negotiations. The ideal candidate will lead by example, foster open communication, and cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing partnerships with Global Systems Integrators.
• Ability to arrange GSI meetings with key business executives from day one.
• Serve as the primary driver for new logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and business development with both Rubrik and GSI partners.
• Facilitate and expedite the partner's adoption of product solutions, leading to increased bookings.
• Represent and communicate the unique value propositions of both Rubrik and its partners effectively.
• Exhibit exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering lasting partnerships with mutual benefits.
• Identify top GSI customers and collaborate with the Rubrik sales organization on opportunity registration.
• Analyze and validate the GSI sales process, ensuring a clear path to contract closure for accurate forecasting.
• Build and enhance a positive ecosystem with OEMs and ISVs, including NetApp, Microsoft, AWS, and others.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of public cloud, storage, and backup technologies.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and familiarity with industry sales processes.
