About the Role

To support one of our global clients, we are looking to bring on a Senior IT Support Engineer to support critical production and lab systems. This is a hands‑on role focused on infrastructure, application support, and continuous improvement across manufacturing IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimise critical manufacturing and lab applications
• Manage system configuration, lifecycle, and performance
• Collaborate with global teams to improve system reliability
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution
• Support system integrations with manufacturing (OT) equipment
• Maintain documentation in line with compliance standards (GxP, etc.)
• Participate in on‑call support

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in IT infrastructure (Windows / SQL Server)
• Experience supporting business‑critical applications
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

Nice to Have

• Experience with MES systems (PAS‑X or similar)
• Background in pharmaceutical or regulated environments (GxP)
• German language skills
