A Glimpse into Your Role

As the Senior Product Manager, IT, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core IT products and platforms that enhance our operational processes and security. Collaborating closely with both IT and business stakeholders, you will prioritize value-driven product initiatives and ensure their successful implementation and adoption. Your blend of technical fluency, customer-focused thinking, and strong leadership will help optimize product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and strategy for IT platforms such as identity & access management, digital workplace solutions, enterprise integrations, and cloud services.
  • Translate business requirements and technical limitations into clear product specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Guide product planning and prioritization by leveraging data and stakeholder input to align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and business subject matter experts to deliver releases that meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Act as the product owner in Agile teams, clarifying project scope, accepting deliverables, and addressing any blockers.
  • Drive product adoption through effective stakeholder engagement, comprehensive communication, training strategies, and measurement of outcomes.
  • Establish and monitor product success metrics (KPIs), utilizing analytics for informed decision-making while reporting performance to leadership.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and product lifecycles, including requirements gathering, RFPs, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure product compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards, contributing to overall risk management efforts.
  • Mentor junior product managers and support best practices and governance across IT.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of product management experience within IT or technology sectors, with a proven track record of handling enterprise IT products.
  • Experience in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives from inception to deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern cloud-native architectures.
  • Ability to work with technical teams and translate their concepts for business stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, including defining KPIs and leveraging analytics for prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant certifications (CSPO, PMP, etc.).
  • Experience with identity/access management, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration solutions.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR).
  • Background in regulated industries or large global organizations.

The base salary range for this role is $94,500 to $165,300, with compensation determined on a case-by-case basis. Performance-based incentives may also apply. Applications will be accepted until April 30, 2026.
