As a Senior IT Project Manager specializing in Real Estate in Bangalore, you will be responsible for managing the IT/AV project life cycle, including defining project controls, design development, systems integration, and user migration in collaboration with Corporate Real Estate Project Teams.

**Responsibilities:** - Manage a range of infrastructure projects, focusing on corporate fit-outs, office relocations, and desktop technology deployments. - Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, on scope, on time, and on budget. - Maintain governance and control over project financials, including business case development and forecasting. - Organize project design and development, ensuring risk management strategies are followed. - Plan project goals and milestones based on approved Charter/Statement of Works. - Identify and secure necessary resources, resolve project risks and issues, and lead the project team. - Develop communications for executive sponsors and stakeholders, providing regular briefings and status updates. - Serve as the single point of contact for project-level risks, issues, questions, and escalations. - Prepare project reporting, metrics, scorecards, etc., and identify project interdependencies. - Foster trust and collaboration within the team, focusing on customer-oriented perspectives. - Recognize areas for internal improvement and compliance with company standards and procedures. - Manage budget and financial aspects, including the completion of business cases and evaluation of Total Cost of Ownership.
