Senior IT Solutions Architect

About

We are looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Senior Solutions Architect / Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft 365 environments, device management, and networking, with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. This role requires someone who is technically strong, proactive, and able to think on their feet when supporting complex environments and delivering reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 and device management solutions
• Manage and support Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Configure and maintain Office 365 environments
• Deploy and manage iOS and iPad devices within corporate environments
• Troubleshoot networking, connectivity, and device-related issues
• Ensure secure device compliance and management policies
• Work with clients and internal teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support when needed

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Solid knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Experience managing Apple iOS / iPad devices
• Good understanding of general networking
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
