What You Can Expect

• Development of security-critical backend services in a regulated banking environment
• Performance and security optimization of highly available systems
• Active collaboration with our customers and business departments
• Analysis of banking-specific requirements as well as their technical conception and translation into scalable backend architecture
• Technical co-design and further development of the platform architecture within the team

What You Bring

• Proficient in Clean Architecture and Domain-driven Design
• Several years of professional experience as a Java Backend Developer, preferably JEE or Spring in the stack: Java 17+, REST and Event-Streaming (Kafka)
• Responsibility for architecture and design decisions, further development of technical standards, and technical mentoring within the team
• Open communication skills, analytical thinking, and security awareness
• Experience in Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage
