Job Overview

As a Senior Developer within our enterprise engineering team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-availability software solutions. This role demands a high degree of technical sophistication, focusing on the modernization of financial systems through cloud-native architectures. You will drive the development of complex functionalities, ensuring alignment with robust design patterns and enterprise-level performance standards.

Core Competencies

The successful candidate must demonstrate mastery in the following technical domains:

• Primary Languages: Core Java (Expertise in Java 17 or higher).
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on AWS development (S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambda, and CloudWatch).
• AI-Augmented Development: Proven proficiency in leveraging GitHub Copilot to optimize code quality and velocity.
• Methodology: Advanced experience in Agile/Scrum lifecycles and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial requirement analysis and design through to deployment and production support.
• Architectural Excellence: Implement microservices utilizing industry-standard Java design patterns to ensure modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Cloud Integration: Design and deploy serverless and containerized applications within the AWS ecosystem, ensuring optimal resource utilization and monitoring.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Operational Integrity: Perform advanced diagnostics on production issues and defects, providing rapid resolution within high-stakes financial environments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications with precision and clarity.

Technical Depth & Standards

• Version Control: Expert use of Git and GitHub workflows.
• Development Standards: Adherence to enterprise-grade security protocols and clean code principles.
• Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with AWS deployed applications and cloud-native observability.

Professional Requirements
