Senior Java Software Engineer

• *Role :** • *Senior Java Developer** • *Location: Toronto, ON- Hybrid** • *JD** • Java , Springboot, SQL • High level qualifications include excellent collaboration skills, solid troubleshooting, and strong java full stack development skills as well as great communication skills. • Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms • Experience of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc) • Expertise with Spring Framework • Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL Server, and Oracle is a plus, but we are on SQL. • Experience with designing, implementing, and integrating with REST APIs • Knowledge of API security, e.g. OAuth2, OIDC.

Experience with Apigee or another API Gateway is a plus • Preferred experience using Docker or another container engine, OpenShift • Hands on experience in designing systems and developing applications • Knowledge of developing software deployed on cloud-hosted services. • Microsoft products, Visio, Excel, Word, etc. • JIRA, Jenkins GHA • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • Strong Team player. Eager to work collaboratively. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Healthcare and HealthPlan experience a plus • Agile experience
