Your Role

To strengthen our Open Source Technical Consulting, we are looking for you to shape the platform landscape of tomorrow with us.

• you develop automations for IT processes and actively participate in the optimization of our CI/CD workflows
• you independently take over the configuration and administration of complex IT landscapes
• together with your (project) team, you design and implement innovative platform concepts
• you support our systems throughout their entire lifecycle – from development to technical implementation
• your ideas flow into an agile, partnership-driven environment where you proactively drive new approaches

Your Qualifications

• successfully completed IT training, a degree in a STEM field, or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience
• sound practical experience in handling Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD environments
• excellent skills in administering Kubernetes clusters, ideally with storage solutions like Ceph, as well as in secrets management with HashiCorp Vault
• you work independently, approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and always maintain a structured approach – whether in a team or on your own
• willingness to undergo a security check according to SÜG
• fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
