About

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Design Engineer with proven experience in Balanced cantilever bridges, elevated segmental super structure and Pile & well foundation design.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptual and detailed design of Balanced cantilever Bridges.
• Conceptual and detailed design of concrete, and composite Bridges.
• Structural modeling and design of various superstructures (PSC Box girders, segmental construction, etc.).
• Design and analysis of Well& Pile foundations, especially for river bridges and complex geotechnical conditions.
• Preparation of detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordination with project teams, consultants, and clients.
• Mentorship of junior engineers and design review responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15-20+ years of experience in bridge design, with hands‑on exposure to Indian codes (IRC, IS) & International codes (AASHTO, Eurocode) also preferred.
• Proficiency in design and analysis software (MIDAS, STAAD Pro, Sofistik etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in design of elevated segmental super structure, steel structure and foundation design.
• Railway loading/Highway loading.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
