Lustrew Dynamics is a fast-growing AI innovation company building solutions across FinTech, MedTech, GovTech, and intelligent infrastructure systems. We specialize in real-time AI platforms, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.

We are currently assembling a specialized team to build OptimumAI, Nigeria’s first AI-powered Out-of-Home advertising intelligence platform.

This role is contingent upon successful contract signing with Optimum Exposures Limited.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Deployment • Design and train machine learning models for traffic prediction and exposure analytics. • Build probabilistic attribution models linking physical billboard exposure with digital engagement. • Develop forecasting models using time-series data for traffic density prediction.

AI System Engineering • Deploy models into production APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI. • Optimize inference pipelines for real-time analytics. • Integrate ML models with geospatial datasets and campaign analytics platforms.

Data Modeling • Develop exposure scoring algorithms combining traffic, pedestrian flow, and dwell-time signals. • Implement model evaluation pipelines and continuous improvement cycles.

Collaboration & Documentation • Work closely with data engineers, backend engineers, and product teams. • Document model architectures and training pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

Education & Background • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. • 4–6+ years experience building production ML systems.

Technical Skills • Python (advanced proficiency) • PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-Learn • Time-series forecasting • ML model deployment via APIs • SQL and data modeling • Cloud ML deployment

Bonus / Preferred Skills • Experience with geospatial modeling • Experience with advertising analytics systems • Experience with streaming data pipelines

Soft Skills • Strong analytical reasoning • Ability to translate business needs into AI systems • Strong documentation habits

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
