This role is pivotal in the research, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions that drive business value and technological advancement. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, and statistical modeling, coupled with practical experience in building and implementing ML systems. You will be responsible for designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models for various applications, including but not limited to natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics. Key duties include data preprocessing, feature engineering, algorithm selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization. Collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML models into production systems will be essential. Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), ML libraries (Scikit‑learn), and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is required. You should be adept at translating complex business problems into actionable ML solutions and communicating technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred, along with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in machine learning or AI development. Contributions to open‑source projects or publications in reputable conferences/journals are a significant plus. Responsibilities
