Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Ethics Focus

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of responsible AI innovation within the organization. Participate in shaping the company's AI ethics strategy and policy. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning development, including deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Demonstrable expertise in AI ethics, fairness, accountability, transparency, and/or explainability. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, numpy). Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark). Solid understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and mathematical foundations of machine learning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential ethical risks. Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively in a remote, distributed team environment. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
