A company that is bringing algorithmic trading rigor to digital advertising, replacing traditional agencies with AI systems that autonomously optimize ad spend across platforms are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team.

Requirements

• Senior ML engineer with 4+ years experience designing and deploying production optimization systems
• Understand when to use deep learning vs. classical ML
• Can implement research papers but know when a heuristic is better
• Ship production code that handles scale, rate limits, and failure states

Responsibilities

• Design and build value prediction models that forecast customer LTV
• Create risk-aware optimizers that allocate budgets across channels
• Build the execution layer that integrates with Meta/Google/TikTok APIs to update bids and budgets in real-time
• Own the full model lifecycle from development to production
• Build simulation infrastructure to backtest strategies before deploying capital
• Create observability systems to monitor performance and detect drift as market conditions change
