In this innovative environment, you will not be confined to a single area of expertise. One week you could be optimizing a computer vision model for a microcontroller, and the next you’ll dive into wake-word detection or multimodal sensor fusion. What you'll be doing: • Design, train, and optimize deep learning models across various domains including computer vision, audio/speech processing, and sensor signal analysis. • Quantize, prune, and compress models to ensure real-time inference on NPUs, DSPs, and microcontrollers. • Develop scalable training and evaluation pipelines and benchmark new architectures for edge deployment. • Collaborate closely with embedded software engineers to seamlessly integrate ML models into production systems. • Take ownership of the entire process: data curation, model training, error analysis, iterative development, and comprehensive documentation.

What we're looking for: • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models in production. • Proficiency in Python alongside expertise in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, OpenCV, or similar. • Experience with model quantization, compression, and deployment on hardware with constraints. • Familiarity with edge AI compilers such as ARM Ethos-U/Vela, TensorRT, TFLite, or similar tools. • A solid understanding of signal processing techniques across image, audio, and sensor modalities. • A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or a portfolio of deployed models demonstrating your expertise.
