Job Description • Design and implement scalable pipelines for both traditional ML and GenAI use cases, including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.. • Apply best practices in MLOps and emerging GenAIOps frameworks for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.. • Ensure model reliability and accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed models. • Drive innovation and mentor others, by exploring emerging ML & GenAI technologies, recommending enhancements to existing systems, and coaching junior team members to foster a culture of technical excellence. • Collaborate closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless integration of data workflows and alignment of modeling efforts with analytical goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Machine Learning Engineer should have: • Have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in leveraging AWS and/or other cloud providers and analytics platforms, with a proven track record of delivering sophisticated solutions. • Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks for model versioning, deployment, and monitoring and Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API). • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques as well as LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.. • Experience integrating ML and genAI models into production systems and working with APIs. • Familiarity with CI/CD practices for workflows and automated testing of model performance and stability. • Experience with AWS cloud-services like Sagemaker, Bedrock, Glue, Athena, Lambda and similar • Possess a keen problem-solving acumen, self-driven, and proactive. • Exhibit exceptional communication skills in English, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
