About the role
As a Senior Manager/Deputy Head in Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness through data-driven marketing strategies. Your expertise in digital marketing analytics will be crucial in optimizing marketing ROI and achieving business objectives. You are expected to play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing marketing efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and overseeing the overall performance marketing strategy with the content & advertising team - Creating and managing Google Ad campaigns (SEM) - Creating and managing Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (Social media advertising) - Ensuring top organic search ranking positions (SEO) - Regularly reviewing and optimizing all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS - Managing paid listings on third party websites and media partners - Developing and overseeing email marketing and marketing automation strategy - Setting up, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.) - Managing Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns - Regularly reviewing multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommending optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams - Conducting regular conversion rate optimization audits and executing A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets
Qualifications required for this role include: - In-depth knowledge of web analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing - Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals - Analytical mind - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend - Familiarity with email marketing platforms - Self-driven attitude - Degree in Marketing communications or equivalent - Graduation from a TOP School such as IIT, BITS, NIT, IIM, ISB, MDI, or similar institutions
