Your Role And Responsibilities

In this crucial role, you will drive revenue growth and achieve signing targets. The position requires strategic planning and execution of go-to-market strategies, where you will work closely with various departments to close successful deals.

You will be responsible for marketing, leading, and implementing offerings with a deep understanding of SAP systems. Your projects will support our clients in integrating strategy, processes, technologies, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and increase our clients' profits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue and signing targets.
  • Deal maker who leads negotiations and closes large deals with clients.
  • Presentation of solutions, demonstration of products, and preparation of proposals for potential clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Team leadership for proposal creation: Leading and managing a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work results on time, on budget, and with high quality.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • In-depth professional experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance/ Controlling, including relevant certifications.
  • Extensive experience in a sales role, ideally in a comparable industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding negotiation and deal closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, from lead identification to contract closing.
  • Experience in leading and implementing projects, including resource allocation, schedule management, and budget control.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Language skills: Fluent German and English in writing and speaking.
  • Willingness to work on-site with our clients.
  • Leadership and project management skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Integration knowledge and interface knowledge to other SAP S/4HANA modules.
  • Extensive practical knowledge in SAP migration scenarios and their implications.
  • Deep experience with cloud computing platforms: This includes IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies.
