Your Role

• Design Production Architecture: You conceptualize and implement scalable ML architectures for highly available enterprise applications.
• Develop Training and Inference Pipelines: You build robust data, training, and deployment pipelines with clear CI/CD integration.
• Ensure Model Robustness: You implement monitoring, drift detection, and retraining mechanisms for productive systems.
• Optimize Performance: You analyze latency, scaling behavior, and resource efficiency and optimize models accordingly.
• Take Technical Responsibility: You steer technical decisions in ML projects and work closely with platform and DevOps teams.

Your Profile

• Experience & Education: You have at least five years of experience in developing and operating productive machine learning systems in an enterprise environment and hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable technical field.
• In-depth Expertise: You are proficient in MLOps principles, model versioning, feature stores, and lifecycle management.
• Modern Tech Stack: You work confidently with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and at least one hyperscaler cloud such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Structured Approach: You work in an engineering-oriented, test-driven manner with a clear focus on scalability and stability.
• AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support clients and adessi in leveraging AI potentials.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently and professionally in both German and English.
