Senior ML Product Manager

Job Description

• Lead machine‑learning based projects from concept through launch.
• Solve Elicit’s toughest product challenges.

Requirements

• ML foundational competency: you have 2+ years working in ML and/or with LLMs.
• Execution excellence. You take full ownership and get things done. You have a proven track record (6+ years) of launching new products that drive long‑term customer love and business impact.
• Early‑stage mindset. You thrive in the high‑velocity, high ambiguity, “zero to one” early stages of product building.
• Customer obsession. You're genuinely excited about working with researchers and have an instinct for uncovering their deepest needs and pain points.
• First‑principles thinking. You should be excited about pioneering this space: deeply understanding AI’s potential while uncovering what is holding research back.
• Humility & truth‑seeking. Our mission is to scale up high‑quality reasoning. We care a lot about rigorous thinking and communication, without ego and always seeking the truth.
