About the role
MLOps Engineer
We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team in Basel. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable MLOps infrastructure.
- Automate machine learning workflows, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment.
- Monitor and optimize model performance in production.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of ML models.
- Implement best practices for CI/CD, testing, and version control for ML projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and workflows.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Scripting skills in Python.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
