Required Experience
Must Have: • 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in mobile application development • Strong expertise in React Native / React for building scalable mobile applications • Hands-on experience with Golang for backend development • Proven experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and scalability • Experience in API design, integration, and management • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical decisions
Good to Have: • Experience in leading mobile development teams or architecting large-scale applications • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies • Knowledge of security best practices in mobile applications • Experience in app deployment on App Store and Google Play • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
