Senior .Net Full Stack Developer

About This Role

The Senior .Net Full Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative enterprise business solutions using .Net and other programming languages for web applications, AI tools, robotics, and various business software.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with business partners to identify and assess process improvements, offering timely solutions for daily operational challenges.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the viability of automated solutions to the business.
• Lead structured peer reviews and walkthroughs to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain automations that interact seamlessly with various internal and external applications.
• Engage in technical design and development activities, including the creation and management of comprehensive solution documentation.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications by collaborating closely with business stakeholders to analyze current workflows and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Adhere to best practices throughout each development phase, including testing procedures and scenarios.

Minimum Requirements

A BA/BS degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in building Robotics using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software, .NET, or equivalent programming languages; or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack .Net development is strongly preferred.
• A background in Web Development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT is preferred.
• Experience in leading teams to drive business solutions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Web development (.NET), Alteryx, Blackline OCI data lake, and UiPath is preferred.
