Senior Network Architect

About

We are seeking an Senior Network Engineer Architect to join a high-profile enterprise environment .

This role will act as the primary interface between the Cyber Security Project Team and Network Operations, playing a key role in delivering security-driven network projects and leading architectural change across a complex infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise datacentre networks using Cisco ACI, including tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, and EPGs.
• Configure and manage Cisco NGFW technologies including IPS, Security Intelligence, Portscan Detection, and EVE.
• Use automation tools including Python, Ansible, and REST APIs to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Design and optimise application delivery using Citrix NetScaler, including L4–L7 load balancing, WAF, content switching, and traffic steering.

Required Experience & Skills

• CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) – essential
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) – essential
• Extensive experience in IT Networking, Security Operations, and Architecture
• Deep expertise in enterprise Cisco environments
• Strong understanding of secure network design principles
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and REST APIs
