We are seeking a Senior Network Solutions Engineer to focus on Network and Network Security solutions for our clients. In this pivotal role, you will be an essential figure within our Specialty Solutions Engineering team, serving as a thought leader and guiding both prospects and customers through their networking needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the AHEAD virtual team for Network Infrastructure.
  • Cultivate relationships with our partner management team and vendors to maintain vital technical and sales partnerships.
  • Design and architect solutions for AHEAD clients, acting as a technical authority when needed.
  • Develop skills and industry credibility to drive product, service, and consulting sales.
  • Provide technical advice, solutions, and proposals that align with customer requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with account managers, partners, and customers to support sales goals.
  • Execute technical sales calls and complete necessary pre‑sales documentation with accuracy and speed.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on customer needs and decision‑making processes.
  • Present compelling design proposals and business justifications to clients and prospects.
  • Mentor entry‑level team members to foster growth and development.

Basic Skills Required

  • Extensive experience in Network Infrastructure.
  • Strong wireless skills, particularly in principles and site surveys (Ekahau knowledge preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of campus/LAN technologies, with emphasis on Cisco and other OEM vendors.
  • Familiarity with Cisco certifications is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of IP routing protocols and Cisco Nexus Technologies.
  • Experience in network management and security, including Palo Alto and Fortinet.

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of VMware/VMware NSX.
  • Familiarity with Arista and automation‑related skills.
  • Experience with F5/NetScaler.
  • Understanding of Amazon AWS, Azure, and cloud connectivity fundamentals.

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in pre‑sales and data center environments is essential.
  • Must possess strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working as a technical lead on sales campaigns is a must.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and influence team outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
