As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in strategizing, implementing, and automating end-to-end product delivery using cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Engineering & Leadership: Be a vital contributor and a mentor, empowering teammates within our Cloud Platform Engineering team.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and maintain automated infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services like Lambda and SQS.
• CI/CD & Deployment Automation: Create advanced pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and FluxCD.
• Cloud Architecture & Security: Develop frameworks that adhere to the AWS Well-Architected Framework and relevant security standards.
• Operational Excellence: Deliver high-quality solutions in dynamic, multi-customer environments, responding effectively to complex requirements.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate tactical plans for IaC across a variety of product maturity levels.
• AWS Security & Networking: Manage IAM policies and security groups to uphold a robust cloud security posture.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to influence design and architecture decisions and keep leadership informed of project progress.
• Innovation & Scalability: Architect new AWS services using tools like Kubernetes and service mesh technologies.
• Best Practices & Standards: Establish and uphold infrastructure design best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience; 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with AWS security and networking best practices.
• Mastery of Terraform and practical implementation experience.
• 6+ years of experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitOps tools.
• Strong background with Kubernetes and service mesh technologies.
• 6+ years of programming experience in Python, Shell, or similar languages.
• Proficient in various AWS services, including EKS, EC2, and RDS.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Bedrock Data Automation (BDA) and AI Agents is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLMs (Bedrock, Claude, Nova, Titan) and their operational efficiency.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $140,000.00 to $170,000.00, with compensation determined based on qualifications and experience. At SitusAMC, you will also be eligible for benefits such as PTO, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
