About

We are seeking a commercially strong, technically capable, and client‑facing Senior Pre‑Sales & Customer Success Manager for our Client, a leading provider of guest experience and visitor engagement solutions across GCC and international markets. This is a hybrid revenue + relationship ownership role, responsible for:

  • Managing strategic GCC accounts
  • Driving renewals and upsells
  • Representing company confidently in front of enterprise clients

The ideal candidate combines consultative solution selling skills with strong customer success ownership and executive‑level presence.

Key Responsibilities

Pre‑Sales

  • Partner with the sales team during the pre‑sales phase to understand client needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
  • Conduct product demos, solution presentations, and discovery workshops.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
  • Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with both commercial and technical input.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and proper scoping.

Customer Success & Account Management (GCC Focus)

  • Own and manage a portfolio of GCC enterprise clients.
  • Act as the primary customer‑facing representative of the company post‑sale.
  • Build strong C‑level and senior stakeholder successful onboarding, adoption, and long‑term product customer health metrics and proactively prevent churn.

Renewals, Upsell & Expansion

  • Take full ownership of contract renewals and commercial discussions.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Drive revenue retention and account growth.
  • Lead pricing discussions and renewal clear renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Representation & Client Engagement

  • Represent the company professionally in executive meetings, site visits, and industry events across GCC.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor.
  • Deliver confident presentations to decision‑makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Travel within GCC when required.

Requirements & Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology environments (SaaS, analytics, guest experience, hospitality tech, or similar).
  • Pre‑sales or solution consulting
  • Customer Success or Account Management
  • Contract renewals and commercial ownership
  • Strong technical understanding (API integrations, data flows, system architecture basics, CRM/analytics platforms).
  • Ability to speak both business and technical language comfortably.
  • Experience working with GCC enterprise clients.
  • Strong executive presence and confident communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with revenue retention and growth focus.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
